"the place is better suited for one night stays than longer ones in my opinion. my review would most likely be more positive if i wasn’t given an adjoining room when i didn’t ask for one, thus making the room i was staying in extremely tiny. i was also in a room directly in front of the pool and felt uncomfortable opening my window. i know both of these problems could have been resolved by me asking for a different room and i will take fault for that. some pros are the shower water was amazing and stayed hot, and bed was comfortable! also only cable channels, so beware of that when booking! also be aware that they will not take prepaid cards for the incidental fee."

"There was no elevators working. Placed me in a handicap room with no electrical plugs in bathroom to blow dry hair plus the shower did not work. As the staff was exceptional he did mention when using 3rd party to book they didnt show the elevators would be inoperable during my staff. "

"So these people who run this place are the absolute worst. No customer service at all. I stayed here 13 nights and on the 14th day at 9am they call me and tell me I have to check out by 11 that day. I asked why they said it’s policy. I asked where it was printed at they said it wasn’t. They are basically keeping from paying me my taxes back. They won’t do anything to help their paying customers. I won’t be back that’s for sure."
