"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"We stayed in the opera suite and it was both spacious and GORGEOUS. Loved the old school window in the bathroom while we showered/took baths. TV had very outdated cable but we didn’t mind. Also didn’t use a parking garage just street parked in the area and moved a couple of times. Free breakfast was what you expect , but we enjoyed the nice dining area. Quick uber or walk to most of the areas we wanted to get to. Will stay again if we are in the area."

"The entire experience was wonderful; the staff and the historic decorations made us feel as if we stepped back in time. The location made it easy to move across the city and we used the complementary towncar to get to the fisherman's wharf saving us the headache and expense of parking. I will certainly recommend Queen Anne's hotel and will return in future visits to the Bay Area."

"Love staying at this hotel, just because of its retro charm and swimming pool. We stayed in the headliner suite, and it definitely needs an upgrade. The sofa was old and I don’t believe you could really sit in it. The carpets were also pretty dirty. The linens and bathroom were clean."

"Dirty, debris, hair, pubes and toenails. they didn’t even attempt to clean the floor, noor the toilet. The bed was broken so the whole edge just fell in when you sat on it. They said they would have someone come to clean the restroom and the dirt but no one showed up for atleast 3 hours to clean it. The staff member in the front Robby was Amazing!! We loved him so much and he was the one thing about this hotel that made it nice!"
