"The staff was very friendly, the room was immaculate. I felt very safe , due to all the security ( had to use key card to get into , into hotel, into elevator, breakfast room and even parking garage ) . I was surprised that our room had an extra room with a sofa , desk and tv . Also the kitchenette was bigger than i expected."

"Pretty Basic , quiet. Sink in bathroom not functioning the stopper wouldnt allow water to drain. Had to use kitchen sink for washing and brushing my teeth. Owner should have a pen and paper I was looking for something to write on ."

"We did like that they offered free self parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bilingual which was helpful as well. It was great walking distance to the Old Montreal/Old Port. However the free self parking was a bit of a walk away from the hotel itself and it’s underground. Also, the bathroom has an all tile shower floor which is not safe. It poses a risk to slip and fall in the shower and a mat is not available when you step out. Other than that, our safe was pleasant."

"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend this property. The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment.
