"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."

"This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was excellent in every way. The rooms and all common areas were spotless. In fact, it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was well maintained, making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. "The hotel was being renovated on the first floor. Very poor signage for where to enter hotel.
Staff was confused with every question. The lady cooking couldn't speak english and the food was cold. Very little fruit and no pastry of any kind. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt."

"We absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, very close to the beautiful Venice beach . They provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The water fill station was great! Didn’t have to buy any water! Breakfast was good, always fresh fruit, pastries , muffins , cereals excellent coffee and different juices. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive ! Will definately be returning as soon as we can!

"There was an issue checking in . We reserved 2 rooms under 1 reservation . The staff said we only had 1 room. I showed her my Expedia hotel confirmation , and they wouldn’t help me and told me to take it up with Expedia . I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia working it out . It was not what I needed after driving for 12 hours. The hotel was beautiful though . "
