"Location is ok and the hotel is generally clean and well presented however to be woken up by a cleaner at 9am when checkout is 12pm is totally unacceptable. A bathroom with no where to hang towels or robes is only a detail but I didn’t feel the price of the room was justified. A shaving point in the bathroom which was totally inaccessible is just another little detail that hasn’t been thought about. Staff were ok not great, just ok and didn’t seem to care that we had been woken by the cleaner...

"The hotel is well placed close to bus stops to move around the city. We had a little bit of a misshap with another guest's irresponsible behavior and the staff was very helpful in making us feel comfortable and heard."

"De kamer was zoals op de foto’s, maar er waren veel dingen kapot, zoals de bank, water stroomde niet weg bij de badkamer en de muren waren kapot. Wij hadden de optie voor een andere kamer, voor mindervaliden, maar alles was heel laag en niet ideaal voor iemand van 1.82m. Uiteindelijk is alles de dag er na gemaakt toen wij in Londen waren, maar wij hebben niets meer gehoord van de accommodatie zelf. Verblijf was verder oké. Met mooi uitzicht."

Hashi was amazing - she organised everything for my partners surprise birthday stay from start to finish. she even put a birthday cake in the room for us - the team were so lovely and accommodating. they bought complimentary drinks to the room and thought about everything upon our arrival. will 100% be staying here for the foreseeable. room service was also great!"
