"Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating! Hotel was clean, and breakfast was open early and was well stocked throughout the breakfast time! Love having access to coffee all day and night."

"Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. "

"Clean room and the amenities were perfect. I did not see staff members at the front desk when I passed by but if/when I needed someone the doorbell brought someone who was able to assist."

"One thing that needs to be clean is the window trim it was very dusty. View was great. Pool look nice but didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or bar/restaurant. Check in/out was very easy. Rooms were a nice size."

"Our room was next to the elevator, too much noise from people on and off the elevator. Breakfast buffet can use some improvement on the food choices and the furniture. Overall good hotel."

"Our bathroom had a loose tile right in front of the toilet. Our TV was but connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch anything but network channels. And when I asked for help, the person at the front desk said she didn’t know how to do that and the tech guy left for the day"
