"My only issue was that the shower wasn't operable. I had to ask twice for someone to check it, but they wouldn't. They offered me a snack for the road for my inconvenience. I just expected a functional shower if I am paying over $300 for the one-night stay. I wrote to a manager but never got a response."

"The front desk staff, room layout, exercise room, and general cleanliness were very good. The food service was terrible. I experienced them being "out of" four things that I wanted to order over two days. The pantry was ill-stocked for snacks and beverages. I did report this to the assistant manager at check out time and he was to talk to the food & beverage manager."

"I did care for the breakfast had nothing but pork for meat and only had one type of eggs And the first Room we got it had mildew smell and the beds were not clean But the manager Mr Tyler he was very helpful in getting us a new room and we did get a discount you get what you pay for the beds was very uncomfortable my stay was a restless night due to the mattress The staff was nice"

"We liked the continental breakfast. The bar food was not that good. Definitely recommend the JINYA Ramen Bar for dinner farther downtown - it was excellent."
