"The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure."
"They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!"
