"Amazing "

"This is a beautiful hotel and staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was that the coffee was very weak and looked like tea. We asked and they said it had just been brewed. We paid 40 for a continental breakfast and were not able to drink the coffee. Otherwise lovely stay and would stay here again."

"Going off the Ryan Walker format: Ambiance - had construction going on around the building maybe in near by spaces. Not a bit deal. Youthful staff, they had good energy. 6.5 Room - Real small, as a 6’4 person, your legs will hang off the bed. The shower curtains don’t go down to the floor, so you will have a pool of water outside of the shower. Still clean and has good views of the city. 5.7 Dining - I saw they had a bar but I didn’t partake in it so I won’t review that piece. N/a/10 Service...

"Great spot to explore Hudson yards"

"Close to everything Penn station, Hudson yards, high line, Times Square. We even walked to Central Park! Clean room, amazing bed, great view, amazing set up entirely! Easy check in, and early check in."

"Lovely historic hotel in Broadway theater district, walking stance to theaters, and restaurants nearby. Staff is helpful, kind, outstanding!"

"First room they put us in the door would not lock. Called front desk and they said no engineer on duty so we would have to wait. Waited an hour someone came up to look at the door to see it did not lock. So he said he would change rooms. Second room they put us in there was dried blood on the sink. At this time it’s 1am we are tired so I just let it go. Thank god I carry my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I cleaned it myself. With no one being available I figured it would be another hour...

"I work in the area so it’s convenient for me to stay at this site. The snow was too much for one person to remove. In storm you bring in your full staff to maintain a safe site inside and out side. I’m a person with a disability and I had be extremely careful while walking in the property and outside the property. I think that needs to be worked on by the site manager. "

"Stay Pineapple🍍 is very convenient to Penn Station and is close to a lively and diverse restaurant scene particularly on 9th Avenue. Staff was exceedingly nice, and the hotel's whimsical pineapple theme carried throughout. "

"The room was clean and spacious (and quiet!). Staff was friendly and quick to be helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice amenity. Location is perfect for theater-goers. My one recommendation would be to add a water-bottle filler somewhere, whether in the gym or the breakfast area; that would be SO nice and convenient. "
