"Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent."

"We had an excellent stay at Whitley Coach House in March. The property had everything we needed for three nights away to explore the area. It was lovely and clean, very comfortable, light, airy and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. "This charming Inn was just what we wanted, old world charm mixed with great accommodations. The food from breakfast to dinner was wonderful. The garden area was equally warm and inviting."

"I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "We stayed in the tower suite which was overall lovely room. For that price, I would appreciate if the amenities are a bit nicer. The quality of the shamoo/conditioner was not very good in my opinion. I found the pillows were useless, too airly and too soft, feels like no substance in them. My neck was in terrible pain when I woke up. The pool was nice but I think it would be good to have a booking system. At some point, too many people came and there were not enough room for everyone. "Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!"
