"There was no washing machine in room 509 but they moved us to another, bigger, much nicer room at no charge that had both a washer and dryer. Once I figured out how to work them, everything was fine.

"Not a 5 star experience. I got the incorrect room and they were sticklers into not changing it at first till everything was triple checked. They actually made me wait an hour for the incorrect room.
Restaurant and bar service while food was understaffed.
I was told there was a welcome amenity by Expedia but not given anything."
