"Stayed one night before getting on a cruise. Family of four in a loft room. Locations was great lots of restaurants nearby and 5 minutes to the port."

Problem was reported to front desk and it was unclear if they tried or were unable to do anything about it. Have stayed here before and it was decent, but this most recent stay was not pleasant at all."

"The hotel is located near to shops and restaurants. On arrival we were given a double bedded room instead of the twin we originally booked. Another room was arranged which was clean but very basic. A good breakfast was provided."
