"The lobby/1st floor has a terrible, absolutely horrible smell. I have no idea how anyone could stay on the 1st floor or eat the breakfast there. Thankfully our room was fairly clean, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom area. "

"Room was very clean! Beds were very comfortable!! Breakfast was really good. Would have been nice to have more than one entrance since most of the parking was in the back of the Hotel. "

"Front desk attendants were amazing. Room was great small issue with bathroom but nothing major."

"I should have spent 20.00 more and stayed across the street. Hard to pull in and out of. Very small parking spaces and not enough. Went downhill from there."

"I did not have breakfast staff was nice. The bathroom had something in the tub. Didn’t take a shower at all. The ceiling was horrible needed cleaned or painted. I will not be back."

"It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip."

"La atención al hacer el check in fue excelente. Pero el cuarto dejó un poco que desear, el jabón ya estaba abierto, y las toallas de la ducha estaban todas manchadas (use una de secado rápido que llevó siempre conmigo) el aire acondicionado estaban todas manchadas roto como el armazón pero funcionaba perfecto. Y la traba de la puerta esa extra que tienen la mayoría, estaba rota no había un mecanismo para cerrar y sentirte un poco más segura"

"room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag."

"This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible...

"We were very pleased with our two night stay. The lady that checked us in that Sunday night made us feel welcomed and at home. In town for a surgery, the room proved to be comfortable, clean, quiet and cool. Loved the walk in shower! Extremely convenient and close to everything. "

"One of, if not, the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We book our stay at this hotel every time we visit the area to see concerts at Brandon Amphitheater. Very nice staff is another huge plus! The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. "

"This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! "
