Hotel dekat The Rock

"Front desk was rude, and tried to scam me on parking. When I booked, it clearly stated free self parking. It still shows free self parking. Tried to charge me $25 to park my own car. Tried to charge me for early check in 1 hour early also $25. Money hungry."

"Definitely recommend staying here- 2nd time here- and stay was wonderful. Very clean, and bed is super comfortable Also very quiet, Slept like a baby"

"Excellent Hotel!"

"So lovely"

"Our room faced the highway, so traffic noise was almost always a constant..But I could have researched the specific area better. However...beautiful neighborhood behind the hotel...great for walking behind Hotel is a great location for visiting the Amerivan Dream Mall or attending an event at Metlife Stadium. Hotel was very clean..staff was courteous and professional. Great breakfast...there is a McDonald's located right next to the hotel (walking distance). Overall, I would definitely stay here...

"Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. The front desk staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"bathroom was no good: broken receptacle plate, stained ceiling tiles - the room looked run down and unmaintained"

"The smell of the lobby is obscenely too strong. I couldn't stay in the lobby it was causing me a headache. Other than that unpleasant experience, it was a fine stay."

"Stayed 2 nights and it was perfectly fine. No complaints. I would stay there again."

"We liked the location, clean facility and friendly front desk. Few things we were not happy about, My family and I could hear everything all night from the adjacent rooms, loud television and even an argument between a couple at 2 am in the morning . People slamming doors in the middle of the night. The body wash and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were empty."

"It wasn’t THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at, but it was pretty close. Front desk staff was near non-existent. The woman at check-in was fine. When I called down for linens for the sofa bed, I was told there was no housekeeping and I needed to come down and get it. After waiting for probably ten minutes, the guy hands me a wad of linens. I get back to my room and there is a fitted and flat sheet. No blanket. I call back down - no answer. I just go to bed. Morning breakfast hot items were...

"There was free parking onsite, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good."

"Though it was a brief stay but the staff were really awesome. Everywhere was clean and the breakfast was not bad at all. We did not sit to eat, we just grabbed some but it was really clean and well organized."
