I called the hotel in the afternoon & let them know that I would be checking in late and they said they would send me a link for a pre-arrival check list. I never received it. Then I arrived after 11 pm absolutely exhausted. I tried using My confirmation booking number & it said my booking could not be found. I then called the support phone number & it took over 25 minutes bc she get sending me codes that didn't work. ...

"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not.
