"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"

"Staff were great, but you get what you pay for. The thing they gave me to sleep with could hardly be called a pillow as it had no shape almost no mass. The rooms were cold and floors were so squeaky it was hard to sleep. That being said, they do provide earplugs to assist with the noise."
