"Great location for the MOTH club which is where our event was. Room was warm and cosy. Bed was comfy and overall loved it. Such a nice welcome from the member of staff who was also working the bar. Simple, cosy place to stay. "

The staff were amazing the moment I checked in, they made me feel right at home sharing plenty of recommendations to someone new to London like me. However we had issues throughout our stay with the washing machine breaking while our clothes were inside, the AC shutting off every hour and our key cards kept no longer working. The hotel staff was really helpful in giving other options to help everything not working."

"Clean room, just a little too small for a standard queen bed. Only two feet from the bed and the tv on the opposite wall. Small chair and a table on the side...that makes it hard to turn around. Or work on ya computer..unless u sit on ya bed... house keeping not great. Everything else was good or up to standard"

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). I think the rooms are directly facing the garbage collection and transfer station or something like that. - There is no blackout curtains in the room. The room gets so bright starting 4am and you...
