The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our room was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly appointed with everything we could need — proof that bigger isn’t always better! A special shoutout to the hotel’s general manager, David, who went above and beyond to smooth our travels for the next day by arranging a car service to our next destination, 2.5 hours outside of London. We had naively assumed that black cabs would take us that far, but David’s quick assistance saved the day. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations — from the comfort of the room to the exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!"

"Great location for underground access to city. Limited parking but after 8:30pm and on weekend there are free spaces nearby. NCP car park is 8 minutes on foot but quite pricey. The usual excellent Premier inn breakfast. Air conditioned room was a big plus."
