"Hi. Nice room, air conditioner super loud woke me up all night. Beautiful hotel. There is no 24 hour airport shuttle falsely advertised on Expedia. Staff said they would credit me an Uber to the airport, and then they rescinded the offer so here I am writing a 3 star review. :) restaurant food is surprisingly really good and the bartenders are great! Breakfast pricing could use work. Refreshing atmosphere of solo people on business work trips here, made lots of new connections."

"Room was much like a motel 6. Was not what photo showed. Room cleaner came at 830am both days even with do not disturb sign in door. Staff was phenomenal. Just not experience I was hoping for.Tried going new place."

"My keys didn't work after I lugged all of my stuff up and over to the other building and six floors to the end of the hall. Im only one so not like I could leave my stuff there and walk back i had to wait for a staff to bring me new keys sitting in the hall. The sink massive leaked water all over the floor anytime it drained I had to use a whole set of towels on that to keep the water maintained. The floor was very dirty, spots like spilled liquids I can tell it's not been mopped in a long time,...

Staff show you a “parking diagram” and don’t properly explain that you have to stay within a certain areas of the parking lot and fail to mention there is two parking lots. I and another person ended up getting a ticket because of poor communication. There was a disgusting smell throughout the whole night, that other customers were also complaining about.
