"Check in was quick and painless. The girl at the front desk was fast but the property was dirty and there was garbage in the hallways. There were people hanging out in the stairwells of the property eating. It just looked like a place for drug addicts. My room was depressing and the carpet was torn up. I couldn't stay. I left immediately and just lost my nonrefundable charge. Oh well. Better than staying there. Never again."

"Pretty disappointed in this hotel to be honest. We were out late and when we got to the room, it seemed a little warm. After a few hours, we realized the AC was not cooling the room at all. Did we call the front desk? No, because it was 2am and we did not want to pack our belongings, wake up the kids, and move to another room. Also, do not expect anything other than your typical hotel breakfast (nothing better than Quality Inn food). Disappointed and won't stay there again."

"Country Inn & Suites continues to be a hotel brand I trust. No matter the city or state, they never disappoint. The staff is consistently professional and gets you checked in quickly. My room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the entire stay was quiet and relaxing. I also appreciated having both a water fountain and an ice machine conveniently located in the hallway. Thank you for a great night’s rest."
