"Only issue was parking garage, double charged"

"We checked in late at night, and we had paid in advance for valet parking. The front desk people said the valet had gone home and told us just to leave the car double parked in the street and that someone else would take care of it. They out a $40 charge on my bill gene though I had already paid for it through Expedia. Besides that- the breakfast was not very good and one of the two elevators was being renovated so it took forever to get places."

"As always, I was warmly greeted by the doorman upon arrival (I have been coming to this Hyatt for many years). The greetings and help from the entire staff continued during my entire stay. Being my first visit with my car, I received complete help with the process and cost. The central location is good for my travels to Silver Springs, Rockville, and D.C."

"I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend."

"Nice location in the embassy district 1/2 hour walk to monuments. Hotel is well equiped and kept clean and pleasant even if a little dated. Restaurant offers breakfast and dinner for extra pay, at a reasonable price. In all reasonable priced choice for 2-3 days trip to Washington. Please reserve free visit slots time ahead at monuments, especially the Washinton monument."

"Best location and front desk and all staff are fantastic. The gym and spa are great. No hassles to use and I’m A big fan of the pool and sauna steam. We go back 2-3x a year now. Michael at the front desk is the greatest but they are all top drawer."
