"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."

"It’s a good enough Marriott close to plenty of places we’re visiting in Bethesda and surrounding areas. We took advantage of the pool which was great on a hot day. The room was tidy and pleasant, but the overall vibe is a bit dated. Could use a mild renewal, but clean and quiet is always good in my book. I’d return."

"This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place."

"Check in was easy. Parking easy. Room had a sink thar wouldnt drain, door had a gap between it and the frame and the beds the floor may have been more comfortable they where as hard as a rock. Plus is it had a fridge and microwave."

"It is a beautiful property and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Location is great. One elevator out of two has been out of service for a while. Our room never got serviced during the day despite leaving a message to do so, at the front desk in the morning. We were delayed in arriving by a day due to flight cancellations, but the property manager refused to refund one night's charges. It is a wonderful property and I wish we received better service, so that I could give it 5 stars."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean. There was a weird smell at the lobby-like a sewage place. It is not welcoming at all. The location is obviously the best."
