The air conditioner cover was cracked and broken in spots. The hallway and elevator area was worn and threadbare. The ice machine and vending machines were broken on my floor. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s right on the Metro line, with a station 2 blocks away. The National Zoo is 2 stops away. All in all not...

"I chose this hotel because it was very convenient due to its proximity to the Chinese Embassy, ​​where I had to go to handle some paperwork. It is an average hotel in fair condition; the rooms are dated—as is the furniture—and the doors are slightly damaged. Some fixtures are old and loose—such as the main door lock—but it wasn't entirely bad. I would give it three stars."

"Even though in the description it clearly states they have AC, this time of the year they do not. So with the fluctuations of Temperature and being on a higher floor the rooms are very warm. We were told to just open a window, which are not screened. Had to ask for a fan, one was not offered as a solution when I called. I was just rudely told it states on the website that they do not have AC, which is inaccurate. So if you can’t sleep in a hot room at night you may want to rethink staying here....
