"When I arrived @ the property, I was informed, “that there was a problem with my room and would take me down the street to another property, for a room”. The ‘Other’ property was literally a Hostel, because that was actually in the hotel name. There were so many problems with the hostel, including inconsistent A/C, no toiletries, the exterior door leading to the wing our room was in, didn’t lock and was directly facing a dark road that felt like an alley in places. We felt unsafe to go to...

"It was cold in the room and the air con wasn’t working. Reported to a cleaner and was told the boss would be in to sorted it out at 6pm. 6:30pm no one turned up and the hotel has no front desk. In the end I slept in a cold room for the night. The experience was beyond appalling."

"I would not recommend the private rooms. The private rooms are located under the communal area. The noise was really bad and made sleep pretty impossible. Definitely get a private room in a hotel, probably cheaper and quieter."
