"1. Why doesn’t your staff refill items at breakfast? Each day at least one or 2 items would be empty and staff would take their own sweet time in replacing them or saying that they would not replace at all. It seemed more out of laziness than anything else. 2. Even after requesting room clean up the person did not arrive at the agreed time and front desk had no clue when they would be able to come 3. No kettle in the room and very old equipment"

"Loved the full kitchen and complimentary airport shuttle. Also breakfast was really good! A lot of variety for both cold and hot breakfast. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to enjoy."

"The hotel was clean and attractive inside, The breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the pool area was very plain and unattractive. A few potted plants would make a big difference. At most nice hotels the pool are is very inviting. "Doubeltree Tally is gorgeous and Brianna was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and had great views of the downtown square. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back. "

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go.
