"This hotel has a great location and the pool area is so fun!. The breakfast was delicious. There is no microwave and the mini fridge has no freezer, just FYI. There was also only a shower, no combo. If you are traveling with small children, which we were, it might be an inconvenience. The indoor splash pad needed several repairs to be so new."

"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. The staff members are all very helpful and nice. Location is excellent as well - close to Dollywood which was the primary purpose of our visit. "Staff was not friendly. Rooms were not updated. Breakfast has limited offerings. People smoke right outside your door which makes you smell like smoke. The riverside was full of duck and geese poop so you couldn’t barely walk without stepping in it."
