"We had never visited the area prior to this visit. Really didn't know what to expect. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Arrived way too early to check in. We were able to stash our luggage at the desk so we could start our vacation. Staff suggested a great lunch place and offered to text us as soon as our room was ready. The location was AWESOME! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Definitely have brunch at Blue Heaven, lunch or drinks at Ramshead, Cuban food at El Siboney is...

"An older B&B, but very comfortable breakfast was great. Courtyard is fantastic. Staff was courteous and friendly, a laid back spot on Duval street. I would recommend this one."

"The staff was excellent. We were in a room streetfront on Truman and the AC was broken. The staff offered to call their maintenance contractor but by the time this was worked out it was 10pm. The front desk manager the next morning offered a smaller room in the back or a refund of the ensuing 3 nights. So staff was attentive and helpful Breakfast very modest. We left. I will say the $300 plus night is overreaching. "

"We loved this hotel! The area was quiet and within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. We stayed right next to the pool and loved the convenience of it! Our room was clean and spacious. The shower was a little tricky- there’s not really an option for warm water (it was either really hot or really cold). The breakfast every morning was good with lots of options. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The location was great and the building was as old and charming on the outside, what I was looking for. We were on the top floor ( no elevator so don`t pack much!), the lower level rooms were likely quite noisy . The AC did work and our room was cleaned well. The overall upkeep of the building is not great, amenities are very limited ( as expedia VIP should get 25% off food and drinks, but there were only few bottle of sodas/ water available, no food).
