"The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

"I have been staying at this hotel since it opened several years ago. I enjoyed having the indoor pool. I didn’t get to use it this time due to lack of time. The elevator floor was sticky and smelled of alcohol. The room itself was clean. I liked the makeup remover towelette. The soap container in the shower was almost out and hard to pump out for my shower. The bedding had a bad odor. I only was able to interact with the desk clerk who was friendly."

"I arrived around 9:00 PM after a long drive and significant traffic delays while traveling for business with Ochsner Health. As a solo traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe at this property from the moment I arrived. The area surrounding the hotel was concerning. "Staff was helpful"

"The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was satisfactory, the dining room was very cold though. The cleaning and cooking staff were very friendly and attentive. The biggest thing I didn't care for was, the 25 dollar early check in fee I was charged, for checking in 2 hours early. I thought that was unnecessary. That's really my main complaint."
