"Comfy room "

"Breakfast was almost gross. Coffee was hot— about the only positive thing I can say about the coffee. Fresh fruit was an apple. My spouse did like the gravy."

"I feel like advertising should be more clear that this property is basically in the hospital parking lot and is likely used primarily by hospital patients. I chose it because it was close to the airport but hated staying on the hospital campus. Bummer way to start a vacation."

"Loved the staff and the room. Food was perfect. They are pet friendly but no space for walking your pets. The homeless group across the street was quite intimidating. The mattress was horrible, and the blanket could have been an actual full sized blanket, but the temperature in the room was perfect, the pillows were very nice."

"The toilet tank would not fill so toilet wouldn’t flush. No Kleenex in holder. Not one waste basket. Toilet roll had maybe five wraps around roll. Floor was spongy—wood rot maybe—in front of toilet and tub. Tub was chipped and had cigarette burns. Worst nights sleep’s sleep ever—intermittent whoosh from water pipe in wall every ten to fifteen seconds lead to sleepless nigh. And there is more. First time ever I did not tip!"

"For the price, it was a great deal. It was quiet, the bed was reasonably comfortable, there was a kitchenette, checking was quick, and there was food and stores close by. There is no Continental breakfast."

"Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."

"Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new. Management needs to ensure proper training before leaving staff alone on shift. Room was basic, clean but dated. Also requested room...
