Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here."

"They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good."

"This place is a DUMP. The toilet seat is our room was a hazard. It was barely fastened to the toilet. The floor was so filthy that the soles of my feet became dirty with the grime of the floor. Stay clear of this place."

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

"Don’t just walk, run away from this property if you don’t want to feel like you might actually pick up some disease by staying there. Based on condition of the property, I believe their license should be revoked to receive guests. We stayed at room 140, and this is what we found: broken curtains and furniture; stained, filthy seat cover and carpet; stained towels and pillowcases; cockroaches!!! These are unacceptable and unsanitary conditions! This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed...

"The room was great! We only stayed the night but it had everything you’d need for a longer stay. It was a one bedroom with stove, fridge, counter space, couch. The living area tv didn’t work but we weren’t staying long so it didn’t matter."

"the towels are kind of small, and we had to ask for new ones, stayed 4 nights and we wanted new towels after 2 nights. very slow or not at all for coffee in the lobby. if your looking for a place to just sleep, shower and such. it's the place that's affordable. no issues."

"Nice place for the money in the area. Having a kitchen and table go a long ways for someone spending lots of time in a hotel. Was in a bit secluded area, which has its benefits. But not really walking many places."
