"Excellent hotel! Recently stayed 5 nights and really rate the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. "During the day, the outside is filled with tweakers and all kinds of people that shouldn't be hanging around. There are abandoned cars in the parking lot with trash in them. I wouldn't recommend staying there. It's run down and very trashy."

"Rooms were clean. Desk desk was great and helpful. Parking lot is on the smaller side, but it's free and we still found a spot to park. Our room was super hot due to the air conditioning unit not working. I was hesitant asking to switch rooms, but I did and the guy working the desk was able to switch our room fast plus he wasn't bothered by switching it for us, which I appreciated. Pool was a nice temperature, it wasn't freezing cold."
