"Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, hay muchas deficiencias. El servicio de desayuno no esta a la altura, muy basico y de calidad poco buena. Los asensores no estan diseñados para la capacidad de este tipo de hotel. Solo 2 asensores en funcionamiento con un hotel de 18 pisos, largas esperas. Laa habitaciones pudiera decir que muy buenas, pero en cuento a sercivicios muy deficiente."

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"

"The room was super clean, the gym and the water area was clean. I had a great time at the bar, the bartenders were awesome. My issue is that I had called two months before my stay and asked about a mini fridge. They had told me that it was available upon request and I said am I able to request one now staff said yes of course so I said perfect, I would love a mini fridge and when I got there they said it was first come first serve and there was none available and there was nothing they could do...
