"Really nice boutique hotel. The front entrance, lobby, and bar/lounge area are welcoming and beautiful. (The bar/lounge area is huge!) The hallways are unique and intriguing. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. A plus was the small parking area they have which is free for guests. "Great property and vibe. Decent location adjacent to neighborhoods like Park Slope and Carroll Gardens where you want to search out nice coffee shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the AC was shockingly loud; bring earplugs."

"Everything was pretty good with the property. My only issue was with the parking situation. I did wind up getting a ticket because of alternate side of the street parking that I was not aware of. I wish there was some way at check-in that the front desk people would warn you when it’s an alternate side of the street parking zone that is my only complaint I would have paid for parking at the hotel, but there was no spot left available"

"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."

"The hotel is very clean, from the rooms to the restaurant. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The one downfall is the fitness area. It is very small and some of the equipment does not work. There weren’t towels or wipes in the workout facility."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"The room was clean except there was a random hair in the shower. I didn’t like how close the rooms were and how small the floors were. Meaning when you get off the elevator it felt like a bunch of doors crammed together so anyone could easily sneak up and push their way into the room while you were entering. There was also a housekeeping wagon sitting in front of my room door in the very narrow hall during my 3 night stay."
