"The rooms were very spacious for NYC and quite clean. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The only inconvenience was that housekeeping came so late, around 6 pm."

"This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"I stayed at the hotel for one night. Their AC was down the whole entire night. I had to call the front desk multiple times to get a resolution. Finally they sent someone up to check on the ac. The maintenance guy said he’s going to tell the front desk to find me another room and they will have to fix the AC the next day. If I don’t receive a phone call from the front desk in the next 10 minutes, to call the front desk. 10 minutes later, I called front desk. Their only solution was a fan because...

"The air conditioning did not work properly; the room was a hot box and very uncomfortable."

"The toilets needs to be replaced, they don’t flush properly unless you hold the lever. There’s a strong scent of urine in the bathroom, I was told it was because it’s near canal street which makes no sense. Staff cleaning should be more polite. Front desk was very nice depending on who was there"

"Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost"

"Breakfast: So, when I purchased the itinerary it stated breakfast included. Went for Breakfast the 2nd day of my stay, the staff looked on a list they had with who “paid” for b/f, seated us. After we done eating they came over & told us to pay $70 because they’re not apart of the hotel & a lengthy story. This is very poor communication & embarrassing for my family & I. Do better!!!"
