It was a little difficult to get to the entrance but it was worth it. The staffed helped us get around it. The room was nice but homely. It was just what we needed. "The good news, the staff was wonderful, kind, and gracious. The bad news, everything else. 1st, bugs, bugs , bugs, every day I was there ( 5 days) but yhe last one. I had to go to the office to get, a hair dryer, ( suppose to be there according to the website) , bar soap for the shower, hangers, ( none in the room ) and a blanket. The bed was moderately comfortable, the entire room was dingy and in need of a redo. I have NO idea how anyone could have given a 10 in their review. Here's the part that made me kinda laugh: In the breakfast area, the bagels were all halfed and each half was wrapped in cellophane, then there was a sign that read , only 1 per guest, they're so cheap, they don't want to give guests a whole bagel. The employees, who as I said , were all fabulous, deserve a nicer place to work"
