"Words just can’t express how overwhelmingly happy we are with our stay with the Great Western Hotel, Taunton. The building itself is beautiful and lovingly kept, with every aesthetic detail exuding style and quality! "Have stayed here previously. This time we upgraded from a Comfy Double to a Deluxe. The room was much more of an upgrade, the decore and finishings were top notch. Very comfortable. "

"The inn is beautifully located on the seafront we had a lovely room overlooking the water. Room was very comfortable and the staff were cheerful and helpful. It was also handy to be able to just walk downstairs to the cosy pub for supper. Would definitely stay here again."

"What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home."
