"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."

"The exterior of the hotel is lovely but once inside it’s very tired. The carpets are worn and stained. No air con or phone in the room. The tea/coffee was not refilled during the service. There is no lift in the section of hotel I was staying. The windows didn’t open much and the was no fan available. It was convenient for where I wanted to be. The staff I dealt with are very pleasant and there’s a large car park."

"The hotel and the hotel staff were excellent. It was a really nice touch to be welcomed in reception with a cold drink on one of the hottest days the UK has seen. The hotel is in an ideal central location close to the railway station, shop and restaurants. "Friendly welcome, clean and functional room, decent breakfast- all that was needed for a short stay."

"Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Oddly not enough spoons or cups laid for breakfast so we along with others had to take them from unoccupied tables. Paying for anything other than a simple black or white coffee at breakfast is really stingy. Great that they had EV charging points"
