Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Thornton

"Airport shuttle took 1 hr to show up after the initial call. Called again twice while we waited for 45 mins. The shuttle was shared with Embassy Suites. The hotel blamed traffic but it was past 22:00 on a Tuesday night. We saw other hotel shuttles coming around twice while we waited 45 mins for La Quinta. "Unsavory people and business going on in the side parking lot. The smell of weed in the lower floor hall so thick you could taste it. The room smelled of pet urine. The guy working the front desk reeked of cigarettes, gave off unsavory vibes with his rotted teeth and silver nail polish. I had booked 2 rooms for 6 nights. We had our daughter’s family with us, and had to walk out with no idea if we’d find another hotel with vacancy fore it was late in the evening (10:30ish PM). We had driven 13...
