"Hotel was ok but not too comfortable, the bed was small for a queen seemed like a full size. It was on a metal base with no boxspring so not comfortable at all. Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again."

"Run down, old. When I booked it said fair field suites.... after circling the area several times I went into the baymont/holiday inn so ask where the fsirfield suites was located. The woman working got irritated and said it is the location I am at. Confusing since the name of the suites isnt located anywhere on or in the building. Hesitantly checked in. Drove around to park. Tried to enter the side door where I parked. Broke. Went around to the back ...that door!qa also broken. ...

"Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled a confirmed...

"The rooms was clean and comfortable. The shower is larger and it had a small kitchenette. You can stream Netflix on the TV, which is far better then cable. The bed was very nice and Marriott properties have the best pillows in my opinion. We even got a small snack with a bottle of water for being Bonvoy members."

"The room was generally clean and fine for the most part. The refrigerator did give off a loud humming noise in my room (#216). the staff could’ve been more forthright and transparent about the cost for the airport shuttle I called the property prior to booking to inquire about the shuttle details & timings but the staff did not disclose any fees. The information on Expedia lists it as a, ‘surcharge’, but not the exact amount. when I rode inbound, the driver asked for my name, and explained...

"The courtyard by Marriot Denver Aurora was a great stay! The rooms were beautiful, clean and smelled good. The fitness center was also clean and well maintained. There were lots of weight lifting and cardio options. The food was delicious and convenient! The staff was kind, friendly and helpful! I felt welcome and safe. Thank you!"
