"Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not receive any check in check out instruction or email. I had some questions about an extra guest charge on the receipt and this was not addressed.
