A lovely stay. Beautiful house and accommodation. Very clean and immaculate. The hosts who were very friendly and welcoming provided a very tasty breakfast. The location is perfect too. I hope to stay again in the future

Alice and Jacky are wonderful hosts. i wasn’t feeling well and they adjusted breakfast for me and checked in to see how i was. the room is simple but clean, has fridge, microwave and electric teapot. the bedroom has TV. keyless entry and lovely garden walkable to most places but return to quiet space ……the only thing i heard were the fireworks! Susan’s villa is a perfect stay in NF. thank you alice and jacky!!

First of all, the place was nice and clean. Our hosts were accomodating and friendly. The location was amazing. We could walk to the attractions on the Canada side as well cross the border easily by foot to the US side. Of course the Falls were breathtaking.

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast as we typically.stay in hotels but we were so glad we tried a BNB. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay! Its fairly convenient for walking and also for use of the WEGO line. If we ever make it back up this way we would definitely stay here again!

We had another amazing stay at this quaint B&B! Alice and Jacky were amazing, and always willing to make extra waffles and pancakes for us. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a pleasant walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill. You can enjoy all the attractions while still having a calm, quiet place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay in Susan'svilla. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made us feel at home. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay staff went beyond our expectations we were fasting and had to have something to eat around 5 in the morning Alice made sure to give us food the night before so that we could eat in the morning place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay will definitely be going back

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's B&B. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of both the Falls and Clifton Hill, which made it very convenient for us. It truly felt like a home away from home. Alice and Jackie were incredibly kind and welcoming. They showed us around, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned that it was our anniversary, they put in extra effort to make the day memorable for us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. We would absolutely love to stay here again and again, and highly recommend Susan's B&B to anyone visiting the area!

“We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to Niagara Falls, and while the falls themselves were spectacular, what really made the trip special was the comfort and hospitality we found here. The room was cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s clear how much care and heart goes into running this place. Excellent in every way!

Lovely place in a quiet street but within walking distance of The Falls and all amenities. Jacky and Alice were excellent hosts. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could need and the breakfasts were delicious. What else can we say? If you're planning to visit The Falls, you should stay here!
