"Very nice traditional hotel, has a lot of character. The rooms are a tad dated but fit the atmosphere of the building.
Really comfy beds and we had memory foam pillows on a big bed.
It is also a restaurant but we didn't eat here, but it smells very nice.
Would very much stay here again for the price"

"We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again."

"A really great place to spend a night or two. A budget hotel so rooms are compact, with limited in room facilities. However, lovely staff, great WiFi, breakfast if required. Hot drink facilities in the cafe area to help yourself and the bonus of this was being able to make my tea with fresh milk! I would definitely stay here in preference to a Travelodge or many Premier Inns, but don't share the secret!"

Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area."
