"Don't be fooled by your hotel price that you are quoted! It's plus amenities fees of over $200 for 2 nights, plus parking. Also, we ordered room service once. It should of been $85 with tip but it was $120 because of taxes and other misc fees. Also, they charged my credit card $800 for the hold and when we checked out and paid with a different credit card. It was 996$ for 2 nights. They told me the $800 hold would be taken off in a week or so. I booked my 2 night stay at 263$ a night. Although i liked the view and bigger tub, the carpet and furniture was very worn! I would not recommemd dealing with this hotel. When i called to speak to someone they were very rude!"

"Room was clean! Eva was amazing! It was my sons 13th birthday and she had a piece of cake ordered to the room… it made his day!! And ours too… honestly its the little things sometimes. We always book the sheraton when staying in Niagara. Love the convenience of everything…thank you!"

"Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. Emails sent through Expedia to the owner were ignored until I threatened a bad review. The only response I got was they would fix the problems. No credit whatsoever from the property and no explanation. I would recommend the roomand the cleanliness but"
