"房間乾淨，位置便利"

"Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay."

During my stay, a few things unfortunately went wrong, and the issues I raised were causing considerable discomfort. However, Leona handled everything with genuine care, understanding and efficiency. She listened attentively, took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to provide assistance and make things right. Her calm, thoughtful and...

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"Excellent location. Very close to lots of attractions and subway. Lots of food close by. The hotel is in a small alley and was a little hard to find. The staff were awesome. Always helpful and try their best to help us out. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not buffet, but a standard pack delivered at your room. It was either a sandwich or dumplings."

Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

"I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...

"Beberapa properti kamar seperti lampu meja , lampu tegak dan peralatan lain yang kurang berguna , perlu disingkirkan sehingga kamar tampak lebih lega , lebih bail bila bisa dibuat jadi design modern sederhana."
