"As a hotel snob that cannot stay anywhere I was beyond pleased with the Kimberly Hotel. Five star service in a four star hotel! Kimberly management, whatever you are doing, do not stop. Housekeeping was amazing! Room was spotless. This is the first hotel I have ever been in where it was clean under the beds!!!! (OCD travellers, you know what I am talking about!) Clean, clean, clean. No dust, no random hairs, clean. Nice sized room for NYC with coffee makers in room."

"The classiest hotel in midtown — classier than The Plaza. If you are looking for old world New York, this is the place to stay. My wife and I stayed for one evening for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is exceptional, too. Spending money at The Pierre is well worth it. "A perfect location, walking distance to the Broadway theaters without having to stay in the Times Square area and it's very close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, City Center, MOMA, shopping, restaurants, etc with easy access to subways. Two parking garages right next door. The Studio Suite King was large and modern. The bed was super comfortable with crisp Sferra sheets. Justin at the front desk was amazing. "The location was the best thing about this property. There was construction going on in a room on our floor; they did not clean up the area after the work was completed. The workers came early in the morning and could be heard talking loudly and playing music- 0700. We requested ice, and it did not come until after we left the room. The bartender was the friendliest person in the front. I had an allergic reaction to something in the room, I think it was the air vent. Would not stay here again."
