The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Most impressive was the staff: warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A top-tier NYC hotel—we’ll definitely be back."

"The staff were very helpful and efficient. My room was clean and made up very quickly each morning. There was a wide variety of good choices for the breakfast - omelets, cereals, toast and muffins, juice, and very good coffee."

"Everything was great at this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. The pillows could be a little more comfortable, however, in the grand scheme of things, it’s a minor issue. The beds were good including the pull out sofa bed (sometimes those tend to be very uncomfortable and springy) but this one was not the case. Everyone there was friendly. Would recommend for sure to others. "

"The place has an "old NYC" vibe and has an interesting history. It was very convenient that they have a bar/restaurant for lunch and dinner with good food and attentive staff. The building itself is not modern...more like an older NY apartment building...Took a while for the hot water to heat, etc...But enjoyable stay. I'd go again."
