Hotel dekat Tiger Hill

"The room I was given needed a fair bit of attention from the cleanliness of the bathroom, filling in the toilet roll and tissues Restaurant was ok but the food needed more variation. However the staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful. Although it says there is a spa they mean it only offered massages. I feel Expedia could have done a better job with verifying all that is claimed in the description.I think it should be only a Two star rating. "

"It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service. Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging" I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay"

"Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely."

"Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) The staff is lovely and go out of their way to help you. I'd single out Bragya--I hope I have her name right--for exceptional service, helping us find a taxi to Bagdogra at a heavily touristed festival...

"Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room."

"We booked the Family Room with Balcony and Jacuzzi for a 3-night stay. The room itself had a very cozy feel and was perfect for a family, and the staff was phenomenal—always friendly and eager to help. However, the room's main selling points fell short of expectations: Jacuzzi Maintenance: The floor jet caps were missing (except for 2 or 3), making it uncomfortable to stand or sit in. Additionally, it took so long to fill that I had to call reception to have it filled manually. As a result, we...

"The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people."

"Ranjit was welcoming and helpful without pressure. He helped us arrive meeting taxi and carried luggage to leave. Any questions were quickly answered on WhatsApp. The internet is very fast the TV is good for raining days and the view spectacular when clouds lift. 300 inr is a generous fare from station for luggage a short walk has cafes and little shops. Darjeeling is a hill town walking down from here is easy coming back needs a taxi as all hotels do. Not expensive so good value for money."

"Clean room , staffs are good, by my side the hotel is best at budget friendly"

"location"

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

"The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days."

"Helping Staff, best view from room, of an valley."

"Mountain mist is a beautiful homestay experience with comfort conveniences and the authenticity of small village Himalayan life. The family team have recently expanded into hosting more foreign tourists. You can be one of the pioneer guests We were collected in a modern 4x4 and served variety of local cuisine in six days. Travellers willing to leave the chain hotel experience offered in Darjeeling can have a soft bed with fast internet amongst the hills of the tea estate. Bantandam is rural and...

"Wonderful, relaxing stay with extra interest in learning about the growing and processing of tea. Delicious food, freshly prepared onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the visit to the tea factory and walk around the estate. Make sure you book the airport transfer - price is reasonable and difficult to find for people who don't know. "

"Well maintained. Good customer service."
