Very clean room, the staff was very helpful. At the time of my visit the hotel was quiet. The stay offered a breakfast witch was good, good amount of food.

Hotel Grand One Plaza
The only issue I had was the heater not working and being that it's winter, we were pretty cold. Just for that I give 3 stars instead of 5. We even had room service try to help and it still didn't work. We didn't ask for another room only because we didn't want to bother anymore.
