It is a beautiful property. The amenities are great. I believe the only thing they need to improve on is the bed covers, they are very outdated. Almost as bad as a 2 or 3 star motel. Hotel West Plaza
Very clean staff was very attentive and nice. The food was excellent. Only issue was with the AC in the room, not getting cold. Also the hot tubs were not available. All in all a good experience, I do recommend
