"Avoid this hotel unless this is your only option which was ours. There was only one man working, trying to check in, helping customers, answering phones, going to the hotels rooms to check on room conditions. He was doing literally EVERYTHING that came to his way, he was not friendly due to overwhelemed. It took us over an hour to check into the hotel, we were exhausted on waiting, even considered to leave our reservation. Our room was fine, nothing special, but the air conditioning did not work...

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "The hotel was clean and convenient but be aware the shuttle has limited times. Early morning and late afternoon after 17:00. The train/bus is about a hot minute walk with hills so if your mobility limited this location is hard. There’s no food options but you can order take away. The hotel does have breakfast, a bar and limited food items at the ‘shop’ for purchase."
