"This is a small boutique hotel right near Times Square. It’s on a quiet street but right near all the fun things in NYC. The staff at the front desk are all attentive and helpful. "The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great."

"Everything at the property (lobby, room, elevator, hallways, EVERYTHING) is impeccably clean. All staff members are friendly and attentive to your every need. The location is simply unbeatable! 5-10m walk from: times square, all the Broadway theaters, Rockefeller center, hells kitchen, etc. Easy access to all public transportation as well. We'll absolutely be staying at The Muse next time we're in NYC!"
