"Visited on Spring break vacations with kids and it was perfect. The fridge had plenty of space for snacks, the room was cleaned and bed were comfortable. The view was amazing and the biggest thing for the kids they have a heated pool and they provide towels. You ca see the dolphins from the balcony:)"

"Staff tried to charge me extra for kids even though I had already paid for them. They only put 2 towels in the room knowing we had 4 in the room. They threatened us about taking anything from the room, which I have never done. Not exactly friendly service. "

"The hotel went through a quick cheap remodel. It’s half a motel and half hotel. The bartenders are excellent. The access to the beach made the stay worthwhile. The pictures don’t portray the hotel accurately. "

"Staff was friendly and polite, property was showing a little age but is clean and serviceable. We had a small snafu upon check in as the key system was down but the front desk person tried to accommodate us as best as possible and genuinely felt bad for the delay. We appreciated that we were allowed to continue using the beach and pool facilities after the 11:00 AM check out to make the trasition to our next hotel easier. "

"Property is Not beach front, ice maker on our floor didn’t work, had maintenance in our room twice working on the A/C. Can’t believe this hotel was ever rated a 9, maybe a 7 at best. I would suggest you find an alternative hotel. "
