"One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. "The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was staying there for one night due to work. My room was exceptionally clean and my bed was that comfortable that I really did not want to get up in the morning. Shower was lovely. I only drink decaf and the hotel was really accommodating in putting decaf drinks on my room. I loved the original window, black out curtains did exactly what they was supposed to do. "What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "This was a great surprise, expected a normal room over a pub but was amazed on being shown the room, it was a huge apartment with large living room with kitchen area, huge bedroom and bed, toilet had a jacuzzi and separate walk in shower. Public car park outside which is £3 from 5pm to 9am! "

"Good breakfast and room in general. Room overlooking the back of the pub/ car park. Because they were 1/2 full they could put us overlooking the back gardens. Very good breakfast. Negatives: Shower with some mold in the seal and some hairs found in the bathroom. No place to put a wash bag due to limited space. Restaurant in the pub dont serve meals on Sunday evenings. Only up to 6pm which is aftenoon. "

"Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted £90 on Top of the £65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as I’m disabled an use a stick my friend isn’t much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think...
